Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Processing begins once your payment is verified and cleared. In peak periods (sales events, holidays), it may take up to the full 3 business days. We’ll notify you by email of any unexpected delays.

Shipping & Delivery Times After processing, your order ships via trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL equivalents for international).

• United States (Domestic): Standard transit time is 5–7 business days to most addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 6–10 business days (processing + transit).
• International (Worldwide): Transit times vary by country and carrier. Typical estimates range from 7–20 business days (or longer to remote areas), plus any customs processing time.
  • Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 8–23+ business days.
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays (US or destination country).

These are estimates based on standard carrier performance. Actual delivery may vary due to location, weather, carrier volume, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
